Sunday Worship FAQ

If you’re thinking of coming to Samuel Church you probably have some questions about what to expect. We answer some of the more frequently asked questions below. If you have other questions, please contact us.

Where are you located?
We are located at 320 North Forsyth Blvd. in Clayton, MO.

Where do I park?
Most of our parking is on the streets around the church. Usually, you can find a spot on Kingsbury, Stratford, or North Forsyth close to the church. We have a small parking lot (which looks like a circle drive) off North Forsyth on the southern side of the church with a few designated visitor parking spaces and handicapped spaces.

Come into the church either from the red double doors in the front directly to the sanctuary, or from the glass double doors off the parking lot. If you come in the glass double doors, follow the signs to the sanctuary.

What about accessibility?
Next to the designated visitor parking spots are some designated handicap accessible parking places in the small parking lot off North Forsyth. The glass doors off the parking lot are our handicapped accessible entrance. Just inside the doors you’ll find an elevator that will take you to the sanctuary and church office, as well as other meeting rooms and fellowship hall. There are handicap-friendly restrooms as well.

You’ll also find hearing assistance devices to use for worship, as well as large print bulletins, and comfortable seat cushions.

If you or a loved one are coming with walkers and wheelchairs, we’ve made plenty of spaces and comfortable seating around the front, back and middle in our sanctuary. And our ushers are always ready to help. All you need do is ask.

Do you have child care during worship services?
Yes. The Nursery is available every Sunday for children ages 3 and under.

Do you have Sunday school classes for children?
Yes. Children from 3 years through teens come to our Sunday school.  On a typical Sunday, the children are dismissed after Children’s Time to go to their Sunday school classrooms.
